First Lilly left. Her new dad came to pick her up to get her settled in before she meets her two new (human) siblings. I got an update later yesterday afternoon, and it looks like she's already settling in nicely!
The smoke had barely cleared from Lilly's exit before Yahtzee's new family came to get him. He was slow to warm up, but after a little more than an hour he was sitting in laps and begging for pets. Yahtzee moved into a home with new parents, 3 (human) siblings, a turtle, a fish, and a chinchilla...what a lucky boy! I received an update this morning that he's warming up to everyone, following them around the house.
What an exciting day! Bella and I barely knew what to do this morning in such a quiet house! But no worries...I'm picking up my next foster tonight, so be on the lookout for a post soon!
