I can't believe he lasted as long as he did, but Parker finally went to his furever home!!! He was absolutely in love with his new family as soon as they walked in the door. And they were also in love with him. Another great match! I can't wait to get updates!
You might also notice Scout is off the website...I am a 3-time foster failure. Today I decided to adopt Scout. He and Bella just got along so well, I knew I'd regret it if I let anyone else take him. Please don't take that to mean that Dolly doesn't get along with them, she definitely does. Unfortunately, Bella makes the decisions in this household, and for some reason, she just didn't vibe with Dolly in a best friends forever kind of way (maybe it's a 2 females thing?). They get along fine: occasionally playing together and such. It just didn't feel like a forever thing between them. I've now had 5 other dogs in the house while I've had Dolly, and she's the ONLY one who's gotten along with everyone else. She's such an easy going dog who just loves to play, I'd bet she'd fit right in with any family. And for anyone on the fence about her, she had her vet check on Saturday with Parker, so as long as you apply within the next 29 days, she's ready to go! (After 29 days she'll also be ready to go, she just needs to get another vet check, which depending on my schedule can take a couple days.)
